"Memories" is a new home in Swan Beach. Still working on the final details, the owners have poured a lot of love into this new home. The views are amazing and you are just 400 feet from the ocean as the crow flies! Enter on the ground level with storage room and take the stairs up. The second level includes three bedrooms with center living space. On level three you will find the main living room with another bedroom with ensuite bath, kitchen and dining. Fantastic views with only one row of homes in front. The beach access is a short 300 foot walk and then over the dune! But don't worry about dragging all your gear out by foot. Put it in the car, drive out and park for the day!! Carova is a special place where you will find wild horses, fox, deer, rabbits and that is just on land. The brown pelicans, sea hawks, terns, sandfiddlers, gulls, and sandpipers will enchant you as you sit on the beach watching whales and porpoises swim by. This home will certainly create "Memories" for you and your family for years to come.

Saturday Check In - 4 Wheel Drive Required - Sheets provided- Towels available for a fee - Approximately 3 miles up the 4x4 beach. Pool installation expected completion by the end of May 2026. Parking at the house is free and unlimited. Guests will use the two season passes that belong to the house when parking on the beach. No graduation groups or events of any kind are allowed in our homes.
